Had a driver cancel night before pick up of car. Because of holiday owner going away. This was VERY much a problem. Montway was made aware of this situation. It only took them a day and a half to get a transport co. To cover the exact day delivery only time was changed. Not only did the transport co. Pick up on the day to avoid huge schedule concerns. The vehicle was delivered a day early from the other schedule time frame. Montway service reps went out of there way to handle and take care of this. Nothing was promised to me but, " We will work on a new transport for your time frame ASAP". They kept to that. Will use Montway service again without any concerns.
