Poor customer service and contractors

Very disatified with the company. They said the car would be picked up certain date and delivered with the time frame that was needed but it ended up being another additional 5 days. As a broker they should hire professional contractors in additional customer service representstives. So disatifed that I cancelled my order and they kept the 204 dollars non refundable fee. They could not meet my required dates. Will never ever use them again.
