I need to have my vehicle moved from my apartment complex as it was not running. I only had 48 hrs to get it moved. SMC Transport was sent by Montway. When I went to start my vehicle the battery was dead and would not hold a charge so no power steering to assist in pushing the vehicle out of the parking space which as it turned out was not the biggest issue. When I tried to push my pickup it would not budge, would not even rock. Taylor, SMC's driver, and I tried everything to the point where I was ready to give up, send her on her way and waste the 200.00 I had paid. Taylor kept a level head and thought it through for another option. We ended up using my other pickup to pull the un-budging vehicle out of its parking space and into a position to be winched up onto the trailer. Taylor had other appointments to get to but chose to risk being late to make sure we tried everything, she at one point even offered to come back the next day. Thank you to SMC and Taylor for giving it their all. To anyone reading this, just a note, if your transporter happens to be late and you are the type to get upset please take into consideration sometimes things dont go as planned and they may have taken extra unscheduled time to help another person out.
