After searching for the best company, i was able to find Montway as they have high ratings. I was welling to go with them and pay higher price than other companies (Montway is about 20% more than others) to ensure no damage will occur and things will go on time. The pick up was late few days and I had to leave town in a certain day, so i was forced to park the car infront a friend's house parking lot and give him the keys. Well, no big deal there as things can happen. But when the car arrived to the final distention, the right front bumper for the hook was missing. I called them few times and opened a case, but 4 months after and the issue was not resolved. As this was a BMW, the part was over $200 and its only sold in the dealership. I am very disappointed with Montway customer service and i would highly advise others to highly consider this company before hiring them. I will never hire them again to transport any of my cars.
