Transporting of two vehicles from FL to NJ

Let me start by saying my responses were honest and have nothing to do with any offer or incentive from Montway.
My only issue was with the subcontractor who was hired to originally pick up the two cars. As soon as I contacted Montway to express my issue with the sub contractor, they immediately responded with another subcontractor and solution, to their expense I might add without incurring any other cost on my part.Companies like This are very hard to find these days and I greatly appreciate the time and effort that Montway put forth in this transaction. I'd also like to say when the car was close to delivery I received a phone call from the driver stating he was about 2 hours away and again another call when he was an hour away. Upon there arrival the two men were very pleasant and had both cars unloaded in 15 minutes.
