When moving across the country there are a lot of logistics to manage. I have never made a move this far, and the thought of shipping my car without me caused a little anxiety. Doing research online, you can find company after company with terrible horror stories about the condition of people's car upon receipt, or the unreasonably long amount of time it took to ship the car. My car is one of the most expensive items I own, and like most people, I am completely dependent on it to get around to work and other things. Enter Montway. They had rave reviews online, but I was still skeptical since I saw other companies getting charged with buying fake reviews. I called and a customer service representative walked me through the whole process and what I should expect. He also entered specific notes for me because my timeframe was pretty tight. As promised, I was assigned a transporter (Ew-Sn Transport Inc.). The carrier was a married couple who were friendly and knowledgable, and obviously committed to taking care of my car. I checked in with Montwy throughout the process to make sure everything seemed legit, and they were very helpful. The carrier got my car to CA (from NJ) in a week! It was in great condition, and I was happily on the roa again. I am very happy with Montway's service and the service of the carrier they associate with. Would definitely recommend and/or use them again (although I hope I won't be making many big moved like this!)
