VERY happy with the way Montway handled everything from start to finish. I had never paid to have a car transported before and of course its a big expense. Lots of other companies played games with their quotes. Some had given me what they said was their "best offer"- and I declined. But then emailed me literally a day or 2 before my car was to be picked up- and they suddenly "had a truck in the area" and were offering me a lower cost to pick up the car. Why didn't they give me that same cost from the start??? You might find a company that may do the job for $50 less or $100 less- but honestly- -I didn't mind paying a couple dollars more for professional service and peace of mind. Plus their quote was a lot lower than many others I checked.

Montway gave me ONE price and it stayed the same. NO hidden fees. NO additional charges. Their customer service was super friendly and helpful and ALWAYS had a live person answering the phone. Montway doesn't ship the car themselves. They contract with independent carriers (that's what keeps America moving right?) The company that transported my car (SMG Express) were awesome. They called me in advance, they showed up on time. They delivered on time. And I could call them anytime with any questions. They were super nice and always happy to answer my questions or give me an update on my delivery. VERY happy customer and when i need to do this again- I won't have to waste time looking for reputable company.
