I needed to use my car until I flew out at Chicago O'Hare airport. I was able to drop the car off directly at Montway's office near the airport a few hours before my flight and take a $15 taxi to the airport. This allowed me to not have to worry about the 3 day window they usually have for pickups. Everything went smoothly and they actually had a carrier waiting for my car when I arrived to drop it off. Car arrived in same condition as when I dropped it off except for a little more dirt (to be expected in a cross country open transport). My experience was good.
