Montway did a fabulous job taking my calls and calming my nerves by patiently explaining the process. Transporting your car can be quite nerve racking when you know that delivery means making other arrangements to get to work or just having your car in a timely fashion. While I was waiting for my car to be assigned, all kinds of other carriers I asked for bids kept bugging me and telling me they could pick up my car.....but Montway kept explaining to me the process and how these companies are just vying for your business. Plus they were more expensive.

Igor the truck driver of the assigned carrier was outstanding. Polite, concerned and always made himself available. The process is far from an exact science due to weather or some other customer that does something that can chew hours off of travel time. Igor kept me posted at all times and even though someone else held him up for hours on the day of my pickup....he was still able to make it across country and deliver our vehicle in 4 days!!!! Even though the expected delivery date was a Sunday, I was fully expecting that Monday as reasonable based on the time he left Delaware.....but Igor still made it by Sunday to Arizona. Kudos to both Montway and Star Logistics (carrier) for doing a wonderful job!!!!
