Overall, I had a good experience with Montway Auto Transport. They were very helpful in terms of making the reservation. The only problem I had with them was setting up the pickup date. The first operator to call me to set up a pickup date was very rude and kept on contradicting himself. I was getting annoyed with him. In the end, I decided that the proposed pickup date was too early because it was one day before the earliest date I had requested. The second operator was much friendlier. The company they sourced the shipping out to was Alena Enterprises. They told me that I would be contacted a day before my scheduled pickup with an approximate pickup time. No one called me so I called the number listed on my reservation. When I called the number, the receptionist just said hello and didn't bother to say "Alena Enterprises", making it unclear whether I called the right number or not. Suffice it to say, she was pretty rude and told me to call the driver, which I did. The driver was friendly and great. He shipped the car cross-country without any problems.
