My Murano was picked up the day after the first available date I gave them... they called me the night before they were planning on picking up the vehicle. They were on time which was great since I had things to take care of for my move. My vehicle was delivered to New Hampshire a day earlier than quoted which was fine by me. Overall, I was very pleased. I had the cell phone number of the trucker and he always answered the phone when I called and was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely use this company again for my transportation needs.
