They picked up my car 2 days after the date I designated but it was acceptable since all other companies also do not guarantee pick up at exact date. It took one day longer than their estimated delivery date but they excuse us before the delivery date and explained why they would late. Their customer center was easily accessible and the operator was very kind. I totally satisfied with their service and I'll choose this company again in my next moving.
