I agreed to have my antique truck transported via open carrier, but Montway went above and beyond and found an enclosed carrier to haul it for only $100.00 more then the open transport. The pickup date was that very same afternoon and Montway was great with finalizing all the paperwork promptly. the truck was pickup up on 8/6 and supposed to be delivered 8/8. Then it was delayed to 8/11 and then again to 8/12. The truck driver was nice but unfortunately broke off the drivers side mirror while unloading the truck from the trailer. That wasn't good at all for me, but the driver immediately offered to pay for the mirror and ask me what it was worth. We worked it out onsite and parted ways happy.
