The company honored their pricing and provided good customer service. I left my keys to the Uhaul moving truck in the car that had been picked up. Several hours had passed before I realized it. I contacted the driver to ask of his location. He was only an hour away. He was kind enough to search the exact area I asked him for the key. he called back and informed us that he found the key and would leave it with one of the lot managers at the site of his then current location. This was an example of exceptional customer service, as he went above and beyond the call of duty. This combined with its reasonable rates justifies the company's high customer and business bureau ratings.
