I thought the Montway team did an excellent job keeping me informed about the entire shipping process. When I first called them with a list of specific questions, I was pleased to find myself talking with someone who had clear answers and who was actually fun to talk to- and who was NOT in a hurry to brush me aside with an impatient tone of voice. After that, I received a number of timely emails- again, keeping me informed about every step of the process.

Also, the driver was courteous and professional. I was able to meet him in a place close to my house, which made it convenient to drop off the car. Soon afterward, I started receiving more emails with my receipt and information about the delivery date. I was extremely pleased to find out that the car had arrived in the late afternoon on the FIRST available delivery day- and without a scratch on it. Yes, I was impressed. Yes, I would definitely use this company again.
