Good service. Car was picked up 2 days after the scheduled date but I was in contact with the driver during this time. Montway did say there was a five day window from the earliest pick up date . The car arrived in California in 3 days including the evening it left. It arrived safely without damage . The driver was very methodical going over the car and specifying on the bill of lading any previous damages , dings or dents both on pick up and delivery .
This was my first time shipping a car but was satisfied with the service .
I had called one company that was cheaper before calling Montway. The man said he had just started his lunch so I said " Just call me when you get back to your office". Three days later he called ! Must have been a good lunch!
I would recommend Montway and UAT transport to my friends.
