The biggest problem with my delivery had to do with the actual delivery company- UAT Line Corp- not Montway itself. The Montway representatives were nice, prompt, and accommodating in setting up my order- even to the point of talking on conference calls. Montway communicated regularly, but the actual carrier did not. The carrier also tried to charge me $200 extra and ended up denting the top of my car. Montway has the best prices and I chose them because they had the best reviews. They have continued to show excellent customer service in addressing the problems I had UAT, and I thank them for that. I doubt I'll be shipping to Miami again with first knowing which carrier will handle my vehicle.
