The entire process went well. Montway was friendly and clear with e-mails about the process, costs and liability. The driver estimated his day and time of delivery. The day of delivery the driver, Joe, called two hours before he thought he would arrive. He arrived within two minutes of his estimate. The motorcycle was properly tied down and when removed from the truck it was in excellent condition. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Bob
