Drivers were courteous and accomodating and always available for contact purposes. Car was on open transport, so it is dirty and has tons of bugs, but I don't know how that can be avoided.
They let me put my bicycle in the car while it was being transported (be sure to call first and let them know if you need something with your car), and that was a big help.
