Driver was amiable, and pleasant while being all about the business of getting my car on the trailer safely and expeditiously. He appeared to be totally in control of the situation, knew exactly what he was doing, and after a thorough inspection of the car, waved good bye and was on his way. I was shocked, amazed, and very pleased when he showed up 24 hours early! I will use these cool guys again! David Ranzer
