Already doing our homework, we knew not to plan a vacation around transporting our vehicle. We were looking for all the credentials and satisfaction reviews we could find. Also, we quickly realized that the lowest price is probably not your best option. We quickly realized that montway auto transport was the company we wanted to transport our vehicle. We called and set up an appointment for a few days later. on that day, we received a call stating that it would have to be picked up the following day but we would get an enclosed carry for no extra cost as we originally ordered open carry. This was exceptional and professionally handled. We were told who was coming and got a confirmation email with phone numbers. The pick up was delayed one more day but that was alright because we got a phone call from the driver, jeremy. Who was hired out by gulf coast auto. We asked for some heads up time before pick up and jeremy did just that. He picked up the vehicle and gave heads up time at delivery.....flawless. Delays are sometimes unavoidable but it's how they are handled that counts. This was a great experience and we will choose montway auto services the next time we need to ship a vehicle.
