When everything was over, we felt like we were glad we used Montway. The beginning communication wasn't the best. We were always able to call the dispatch person and if they weren't able to answer called us back in a timely manner. They said we would hear 24hrs. before pick-up and we didn't get a call until a few hours before pick-up. They said before noon and they came just at noon. It was a little scary because the moving truck had just pulled away and we were ready to go and didn't know how long we would have to wait until they showed up. We were suppose to get the car picked up the day before, but because of snow storms it was delayed one day. We left a few things in the trunk of our car- Christmas wreaths and silk plants, and there were still in our car when it was delivered. So it was nice they let you put 100# or less in the trunk, and it was still there.
