The third party contractor Montway used to dispatch and transport the car was personable, responsive. The dispatcher calls promptly to keep me abreast of the pick up time. I had to postpone the pick up date and time a couple of times due to my own availability and the dispatcher was very accommodating. I called the dispatcher in late evening hours and he still pick up the phone. The only thing I would suggest for Montway to have in the future is to have online tracking of your vehicle. That will be a nice feature to have. They did provide email notification when the vehicle will be delayed and when it arrived.
