Monway is truly disappointed to learn that your second experience was not as great as your first experience. We sincerely apologize for the delays associated with your transport.
The holiday season is an extremely difficult one for the entire transport industry as truckers are very scarce during this time of the year. A major winter storm affecting most of the country increased that delay. The customer was informed of these aspects prior to booking as well as throughout the transport. Unfortunately, these conditions are out of our, as well as every other trucking company’s, control.
However, without a doubt, Montway is the only transport company who cares enough about their customers to do as we did and offer the customer a discount on the cost of the transport. The customer declined and we kindly ask them to reconsider.
