Montway customer service was great. The agent was very accessible and able to answer all my concerns. And he responded immediately to my phone calls. He price matched a prior quote I had received from another company. I appreciated their honesty about not being sure what day it would be picked up, and that to avoid disappointment, they gave me a range of dates. The car was picked up the first day of the range of 5 days they had given me. They contracted with a private trucker to transport my car and the trucker called and texted the day before pick up to confirm the day and time and arrived right on time. The trucker managed to deliver my car a day earlier than he had told me. When Montway found out that I had a problem with the trucker, their response and care for my well being was quite surprising. They were really in my court to help me deal with the issue and I would highly recommend them as a company to use.
