Had my Thunderbird transported from Texas to Oregon. The vehicle was picked up on time as promised. Expected delivery was about 5 days later but I got a call that the truck broke down and they had to go to Florida to get another truck. Was told it would be an additional week. Driver was in communication and was easy to work with. I believe the truck breakdown was legitimate and understand that things happen. Was pleased with the communication.
