The car was delivered within a week, which was great. It was in perfect condition other than being dirty. However, the driver gave inconsistent tracking information (different every time I called), and was not reliable in terms of pick up and delivery date and time. Rather than being able to go through him directly to arrange the delivery of the car, we had to complain to Montway customer service in order to get everything done in a timely fashion.
