I was frankly shocked at how smoothly the entire process went. From my original phone call - answered by Elena - to the email I received after booking giving me my dispatcher's name and phone number as well as my driver's name and phone number - everything was handled professionally and efficiently. This was not what I'd expected - I figured car transport was going to be rife with miscommunication, missed appointment times and probably a late delivery. Instead communication was above and beyond, my daughter's car was picked up on Illinois right on time and arrived a day earlier than promised in coral gables, fl and I'm writing this unsolicited review in gratitude. We've had no communication with the company since waving goodbye to the driver in the middle of Ponce de Leon Blvd in coral gables - I should call to thank them I suppose now that I'm back from moving my daughter back down to school. If we ever need to ship a car again we'll call Montway again with no hesitation. Hopefully her car will stay down there though far away from ice, snow and road salt :)
