Fairly Easy Transaction But Not Great Communication

I was originally quoted $585 so I went with Montway. Then, I received a call asking for $70 more to move the car, which I declined. I said for $30 more the car would've been moved Monday. They then offered to pay $50 more and I would pay $20 more. I was refunded $90 of my deposit and had to pay that to the driver so my amount due at the time of delivery was $500 instead of $400
I called twice to inquire about my vehicle and both times was told "the other dispatcher might know but she's on break/lunch" which was pretty frustrating. I was told since the vehicle was picked up early it would be here on the 23rd or 24th, which was great since I was leaving the state on the 25th. I called on the 25th from the airport to let them know someone else would be signing for the vehicle when it got there, which I didn't know when it was since I didn't receive a phone call to let me know when it would be delivered.
I'm glad my car is home, and the transaction was not bad other than the extra $9 I paid because most places would move it for $600 flat. But $9 is not. Big deal, so thanks for moving my car.
