Overall I was happy with the service. My vehicle came much earlier than expected. It was pretty dirty but cleaned up fine. My only complaint is that they were hard to communicate with using the phone and my initial contact with the driver was unpleasant. The driver never answered my calls and the person I had contact with in the office was very hard to understand and always had a lot of noise in the background. When the driver got here the first thing he told me (before even saying hello) was that semi trucks were not allowed inside the Atlanta beltway without special permission - like it was my job to know that. He could have very easily called me and we could have setup a location where he was allowed to unload the vehicle. He also had a heck of a time maneuvering in my neighborhood.
