The circumstances surrounding the need for the transport were difficult to begin with. However, dealing with Montway - from the time I first chatted online with "Boyan M." (who answered all my many questions) until I sent the car off with the driver, "Yuriy" (who was very courteous) - made for a pleasant experience, unlike the stress I was expecting.
