So Montway as broker was very good. They told me they would start arranging for my transport the Friday before. I called Thursday to confirm and they actually called me back a short while later to inform me I had a pickup Monday. My carrier was White Hawk and my issue was with them, not Montway. The carrier had told me when he picked my car up that I would have it back Friday afternoon or evening or Sat morn, and when I called Montway Thurs eve to check status they were told the same thing. The driver called me Friday afternoon and told me now Saturday night. I'm sorry, but I had a family commitment, I couldn't just drop everything and be available on a Sat night, esp when you told me a different time (Montway had told me I would get it by Monday, so again, not their fault, I was going by what the driver told me). The driver got very angry with me, denied telling us what he had, and eventually hung up on me. I called Montway and they got right on it, and they must have done something right, because then I got a call back from the carrier that I would have it by 5 on Sat. Fine, I understand delays occur, and as long as it was before evening, ok. So I was pleased with Montway's service and would probably use them again, I would just encourage them to provide me with a different carrier if possible.
