I probably spoke to a dozen carriers but it is difficult trying to find a Transport Company that gives excellent service.So I
googled transport carriers and once I saw that Montway got 5 stars from over a thousand customers, so that sealed the
deal.During the initial process,I spoke to 4 or 5 customer reps and all of them were friendly and knowledge. After a few
conversations, I got the feeling that these folks knew their business and that put me at ease.
The driver kept in frequent contact with me as to his location and the estimated time of arrival.He was very affable and
his sense of humor kept me calm as the night wore on.Upon arrival,the driver(Chris) did a thorough inspection of my car
both inside and outside and asked me specific questions about the car.I am a bit of a car and truck nut so I was very
impressed that the Montway truck was a Volvo,an excellent truck for the value.This may sound petty but I try to look at
all dimensions of a company to get a sense of who they are and how they operate.

I would recommend Montway to anyone looking for a professional auto carrier.I also suggest to customers that driving
around this country can be a hectic experience.The driver has to deal with traffic, construction,road closings, inclement
weather conditions,breakdowns etc.I tried to be patient knowing that the driver was doing his best to get to my location
but safety had to be his primary concern.
