Had an unusual situation where I needed to put the order on hold eventhough we already had a pickup window and was greeted with "no problem, when you want the car shipped just let us know." What a relief. When I rescheduled, everything went smoothly. The driver was in contact with me once he was enroute to pick up the car and in route with an estimated delivery time (he gave me a one hour window) and also called me once the car was dropped off at the auto body shop. If I ever have the need to ship a car again, I will not hesitate to use Montway again.
