Overall, everything worked. The car was picked up on time. The driver could not get the truck in the neighborhood, so we had to meet him a couple mile away. This was a little frustrating as his English was not good. We ended up waiting in the wrong place for about an hour. Still, the car was loaded basically on time. It arrived in Califormia 2 days ahead of schedule and was driven to us. The price quoted was what we paid. There were no additional fees or surprises. The car was clean when delivered without any dings, dents or scratches.

There was one communication problem - we got an email stating the car had been picked up a day before the driver even contacted us. Clearly an error. A bid deal? No. We knew the car was still in our driveway. But it made us question how well we could trust any email notifications about where our car was at any time. But again, the car was delivered to us safely, 2 days before expected. That's worth a little hassle in my opinion.
