From my initial research call to Montway to delivery, the service was excellent. The whole experience was exactly what you would hope it to be. I had never used a transport service before and was wary of having someone move a car that I had just purchased over 2,000 miles away. The car was picked up on the first day of the availability window and delivered well ahead of schedule. I was able to speak with the driver by phone which eased my anxiety. This ability to communicate directly with the driver was practical as well because it allowed me to meet the car when it was delivered to my mechanic. I should also note that I requested that the emergency brake be used in place of the brake pedal because the car had been inoperable for 20+ years and I feared the brakes would lock up. I also asked that the tow hooks not be used to secure the car. Both requests were honored by the courteous driver. I have nothing but good things to say about Montway following this experience.
