Overall the online setup and execution of my car being shipped from WA to MN went reasonably well. I shopped a bit and the price tag was among the least expensive. I deliberately requested a Monday pickup since my wife and kids were flying out of WA Saturday but the driver asked if he could pick up 2 days early - it ended up working out that my neighbor turned the car over to the driver literally minutes after the shuttle took my wife and kids to the airport. 4 days later, delivery time was communicated to me as "about 3pm" the day before delivery, and I made time in my office schedule to accommodate this. The driver however called at noon the day of delivery to say he would be delivering at 145, and that he could "maybe wait until 215 at the latest, not 3" because he would otherwise be late for his next delivery. Again it ended up working out since my wife was able to take possession of the car, but the multiple changes to the itinerary and adaptations I had to make were annoying.
