Montway has great customer service, good communication during the transport and follow up. The company did pick up and deliver on the dates they said they would. The one issue we had was the driver scuffed the leather in the driver's seat standing on it to pull our car into the transport vehicle. Montway is taking care of fixing that so otherwise we are satisfied.
