i ordered my auto transport on montway's website..they were the lowest cost option after getting quotes from multiple transport companies..their website was easy to use and fast... i just put in my pick up location, destination, type of vehicle, and date that the vehicle is ready for pick up.. they tell me how much it is... i did everything online without having to call or speak to anyone. montway kept me informed via email on the estimated pick up and arrival dates. they gave the job to a company called nao auto transport. that is the reason for the 4 star ranking instead of 5. nao was ok to deal with. they didn't meet the original pick up date...they were 3 days late on picking up the vehicle (understandable that delays occur) but i had to call them to find out when it would be picked up. from there nao auto did call me and keep me informed that the vehicle was picked up and when it would arrive.. i got a call from them the day the vehicle was supposed to be delivered and they said their driver got delayed and it would be an additional day. no big deal.. the vehicle arrived the next day.. i ordered an enclosed transport...and i guess technically it was enclosed....but it wasn't a fully enclosed trailer..it had like cloth/vinyl side panels on the sides keeping it enclosed... but when the vehicle was unloaded...it was noticeably dirty..and had some type of oily/greasy residue on the hood.. it also looked like someone had taken it for a drive (it was a bmw m5) because you could see the mud splatter all along the back side and rear bumper kicked up from the rear tires... but the driver was friendly..there was no damage to the vehicle and overall i was happy with that.... so i would give montway 5 stars...nao auto 3 stars.... so my combined experience is 4 stars. i guess it just depends who they give your order to whether you'll be happy or not. montway does their part.
