From the time I called Luke at Montway and got it set up to deliver a 2001 Mercedes S600 from Orange County, CA to right near Salt Lake City, UT, this was an easy deal. Fortunately Luke searched and found a driver who was going to be in the area pretty much immediately. Yay! The driver got there in about 3 hours from placing the order (earlier than expected) and he got the car loaded up and on the road. Delivery was set for 5 days later (weekend downtime and other stops - ugh) and the car got there exactly at 9AM as planned. The driver was extremely courteous. And, oh yeah, the car was in the same condition as when it left California and that was a very good thing! Got the confirmation emails from Montway announcing the order, the pick-up, the estimated delivery and finally delivery. I called other places for this shipment and no one else was able to do what Montway and Luke accomplished. None of the other guys would have even had it picked it up by the day this was delivered in Utah. Thank you so much for such a great transaction. Very happy - would surely use Montway again.
