I am unaware if I am being paid for this survey but checked the box just in case. Nevertheless , the answers I have given would stay the same. So, if it states that I was paid, please do not let that influence your decision. As a small business owner, I deal daily with individuals who say one thing and do another. I was very pleased with the service I received from this company and the driver that made the delivery. I do not normally give 5 stars as I always feel that improvement can be made. However, I do give this company 5 stars. Their "say-do" ratio is excellent, and so is the care of the vehicle, as well as communication with the consumer. I am relieved it was a pleasant experience.
