Contacted Montway on Monday Jan 2nd with my car available for pick up on the 3rd. The person I contacted (Eugene I believe) was friendly and helpful..although he didn't sound particularly nice, he was prompt in answering questions and made sure everything worked out. I was leaving Illinois Sat night so he had me drop off the car Sat morning at their office which was close to my home (30 minute drive). The car was actually picked up that afternoon by the truck driver Mark.

I didn't hear back at all from anyone until I contacted them and asked where my car was. The person gave me Mark's number and I gave him a call. He was nice and courteous when we talked. He gave me an expected day and time that he would be arriving and the day of, I got in contact again and met him at a local grocery store since the truck was not able to fit in the residential areas. There was a bit of a hiccup, we both were waiting at the location for probably 10 minutes not knowing we were both there. We figured it out, met up, did the inspection and everything was good! Car arrived dirty, but that was expected.

I wish they had kept me updated more often, but in the end, it worked out and I got my car in one working piece!
