I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call one day after the vehicle was ready for pick up. Picked up by the end of that day with no issues. I did call 4-5 days later to see what the progress had been to this point (pick-up was in Houston being transported to Conn.) because 7 days was the approximate time frame.
I ended up getting a call on Christmas day in the evening these guys work thru the holidays. I opted to have them deliver it the next day.The next day they arrived within the allotted time frame. The truck was a little dirty,which is to be expected,as it was in an open transport traveling many miles thru different weather. The transporters were very courteous.
I would recommend this company and their sub-contractors to family or friends. VERY professional.
