Montway's communication was excellent both via email and on the phone. The car was picked up without any problem and I was notified of when it was going to be picked up and after it had been picked up, that it was on the way. I was given an approximate arrival date. I was able to track the vehicle on line or by calling the operators. The vehicle arrive 2 days early. We were expecting a large snow storm on the projected delivery day and figured the transport would be delayed. Instead it was delivered early. What a pleasant surprise. Thanks, this was a very positive experience. Very professional. Totally satisfied with my experience in every way.
