A couple of pointers,
1. Ask if the shipping will be sublet to another company just so the expectation is set up front. 2. Ask if the delivery will be directly to you or will the driver travel other places en route to your destination.
The delivery was due on a Friday, but did not occur until the following Monday and they do not work on weekends. However, I counted the weekend as the two days delay.
The driver was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the delay which made perfect sense. My point is the route should have been known & disclosed & the ETA set accordingly.
Dispatch was hit and miss. One dispatch provider was prompt and knowledgeable; the other was an epic failure. Despite this lapse Montway is competitively priced. I recommend them and would use them again.
