Pickup was much faster than expected. Attempted to pickup before first date available. But issue was quickly corrected when I called customer service of actual hauling company.

Montway dispatch gave me accurate arrival day. Shipping company told me it would arrive on a Tuesday between 5 and 6pm. It actually arrived on Wednesday at 9am.

Driver was very polite and careful with vehicle. Price was the best I could find.
