Montway good, carrier could use some help.

Your company was great.

We were notified at 10:15 pm and told our vehicle would arrive at 12 noon the next day. We had talked with the carrier company that day, and were told they could not give us a certain day. They were aware that we were 8hrs+ from the delivery point. This was certainly short notice, and we were rushed to say the least. On acceptance of our vehicle, it was filthy to say the least. We could understand the outside being dirty, but the inside was very greasy on the inside driver's door, and on surrounding areas. This was difficult to clean, as it is leather.

We realize that this was not Montway's fault, but we were not pleased.
