All-in-all I was very satisfied with Montway and the trucking company that ultimately picked up and delivered my car to Florida for only $640. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I received an email notice that the car would be picked up within 24 hours from hiring Montway to find me a truck. There was some confusion regarding pick-up with the first trucking company assigned to me and after several calls back and forth with them I expressed concern to Montway who immediately offered to find me another company. I took them up on that offer and within hours my car was assigned to another truck and on it the following day.

The car was projected to arrive in Florida two days later but did not actually arrive until four days later, predominently due to bad weather. This is my second time shipping a car down to Florida and it's understandable that car carriers cannot provide specific delivery times and you just have to be prepared for that. I explained to the carrying company that if the car did not arrive on the weekend we would need at least an hour's lead-time to pick it up due to work location. That turned out to be a non-issue because they simply delivered it to work!

Although the car arrived dirty (again not surprising as it spent 4 days on the back of a truck), everything was in-tact and the possessions left inside arrived safely. My transaction was handled professionally all the way around.
