First, I must preface this by saying my actual carrier was Mark from F-1 Auto, and he did an outstanding job.

For the pickup, the driver arrived 3 days after my first available date, but the delay was communicated throughout the week so I was never left guessing or unaware. He gave me a ride back to my apartment when it was decided he couldn't load it from my home, which was nice.

Amazingly, he was able to transport my vehicle cross-country (Atlanta, GA to San Jose, CA) in 4 days: picked up on Thrusday, dropped off on Monday.

Nothing bad can be said about my experience with Mark and F-1 Auto. I highly recommend this company.
