Montway Transport was quick to respond to all of my shipping needs. The cost for the enclosed transportation was most competitive and even included an extra request. This request was to transport an extra hood that would be strapped down to the roof of the car.Some of the other carriers either would not do this or wanted to charge extra,not Montway. As well Montway was called by the car dealership to pick up the car and upon arrival found out that the car was not in fact ready to go. Montway was understanding and returned to pick up the car 2 weeks later after the neccessary repairs had been performed on the vehicle to be picked up. Montway did not charge extra for this communication and kept me aware of how and when the shipping was to occur.
The car was picked up as I stated approximately 2 weeks later and arrived across the country in only 7 days. The truck drivers were on time according to their early phone messages and we all met in a public parking lot near the Canadian boarder. The drivers took extreme care and caution while unloading the 69 Camaro and we found that the car clean and undamaged in spite of the distance that it had travelled. When the car was on the ground the 2 drivers even assisted me in securing the car professionally to my trailer. Truth be known..........they did the entire strap down as I watched in AMAZEMENT.
Bottom line, Montway Transport is a first class operation working with very skilled people that put customer satisfaction first. They are a polite and courtious group that are fore runners in their industry. They do the job at a competitive price with out sacrifising quality.
Would I use them again ........Heck ya ..........I can't wait !
